1.3 MISCELLANEOUS

We process your data to protect and defend our rights (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) or because we are legally obliged to do so (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO).


2. COOKIES

We use so-called cookies on our Internet pages. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer by your browser. They serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. We only use technically necessary session cookies. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. 4. DATA DELETION AND STORAGE PERIOD

If the purpose ceases to apply or the prescribed retention period expires, the data will be deleted. The following deletion periods apply in detail:

• Personal data in log files are deleted after seven days at the latest.

• Your applicant data will be deleted at the latest six months after filling the position.
• Further data in connection with your contact requests will be deleted after six months at the latest.



5. YOUR RIGHTS

You can revoke any consent given to us at any time free of charge with effect for the future. A written notification to one of the addresses mentioned in this document is sufficient. The same applies to your objection to the use of your personal data by us, which can be declared at any time, if the legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. You can request information from us at any time about the personal data concerning you which we process, as well as its correction or deletion or a restriction of its processing. You also have a legal right to data transfer. Ultimately, you have the opportunity to complain to a supervisory authority about our data processing.

Unless otherwise described in this privacy statement, we and our service providers process personal data within the European Union.



External fonts from Typekit are used on our website. Typekit is a service offered by the company Adobe. The web fonts are integrated by a server call at Adobe (in the USA). In the process, the IP address of the browser of your end device is stored by Adobe.
